HOURLY + COMMISSION ROLE OTE $110,000+

The Role at a Glance

This inside sales position is a unique opportunity to engage with customers who have already had an initial interaction with us. Your goal is to add value by upselling multiple service lines through several strategic touchpoints.

  • Compensation: Hourly + Commission
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Position Type: W2 (Full-Time, Benefit Eligible)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, and SMS to upsell additional service lines to our existing base.
  • Break down and explain services clearly to help customers find the right fit for their homes.
  • Support both customers and field experts by managing inbound and outbound communications.
  • Keep things organized with accurate data entry in our CRM system (PestRoutes).
  • Look for opportunities to improve our customer journey and share your ideas with the leadership team.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 1 year of inside sales experience is required.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication: Exceptional people skills—you know how to keep things clear, positive, and persuasive.
  • Tech Comfort: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM familiarity.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive attitude and a desire to grow with a company that’s expanding fast.
