North Texas Real Estate Resources, Inc. is looking for an engaging, technology-minded Multiple Listing Service Instructor to help MetroTex Association of REALTORS® members get the most from the MLS systems, products, and tools they use every day.
This is more than a traditional classroom training role. You'll develop and deliver MLS education in person, online, and through on-demand learning while also providing hands-on technical support to members who need help navigating MLS products and services. You'll have the opportunity to combine your knowledge of technology with strong presentation, problem-solving, and customer-service skills to make complex information easier to understand and use.
You'll work closely with our Senior Multiple Listing Service Instructor to continually improve training programs, support new-member education, and help promote MLS tools and learning opportunities throughout the Association.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and update Multiple Listing Service training courses, including transitioning live instruction into web-based and on-demand formats as needed.
- Assist with creating and maintaining the MLS training schedule and keeping course information current in the Association Management System (AMS).
- Deliver engaging training sessions in person and online at MetroTex facilities and broker offices throughout North Texas.
- Assist members with class registration and cancellations through the AMS and online Member Portal.
- Present the MLS segment during new-member orientation sessions.
- Represent the MLS department at Association meetings and events, providing information and updates on MLS topics.
- Provide technical support for MLS products, including searches, listing input, reports, and third-party integrations, through phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Collaborate with the Senior Multiple Listing Service Instructor to develop newsletter content and promotional materials for MLS products and training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Multiple Listing Service, technical support, customer service, or a related area.
- At least one year of training or teaching experience.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong technology skills and comfort working with webinar platforms, e-learning tools, and content-creation software.
- Ability to independently research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel throughout North Texas to deliver training at MetroTex facilities and broker offices.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
Physical & Work Requirements
In performing the essential functions of the position, the Multiple Listing Service Instructor may be required to:
- Stand and communicate with others for extended periods while conducting training and presentations.
- Frequently sit and use hands and fingers to operate computers, presentation equipment, and other job-related technology.
- Occasionally walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
- Frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Work in an environment where the noise level is generally moderate.
- Perform work requiring close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
- Travel to MetroTex facilities and broker offices throughout North Texas to provide training and support.

Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch
This position follows a 37.5-hour workweek. Overtime is not required and is authorized with prior supervisor approval.
