Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations.
- Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate cycle counts and monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts.
- Review inventory movement and usage to prevent shortages and overstock.
- Work with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Maintain documentation for inventory transfers and adjustments.
- Support inventory-control and purchasing process improvements.
- Travel regularly to company warehouses to audit inventory and verify compliance.
- Perform other purchasing- and inventory-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Suite
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
- Basic understanding of CRM or procurement platforms is a plus
- Bilingual required: English & Chinese
