Licensed Professional Counselor | Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote/telehealth position. This role is centered on providing virtual counseling services to individuals who need support with mental health, emotional challenges, and personal stressors.

The counselor in this role will meet with clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and document progress. This position is well suited for someone who values steady clinical work, a structured weekday schedule, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships in a virtual setting.

Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals when appropriate
  • Support clients using appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Follow all ethical, legal, and professional standards of care
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
  • Experience providing mental health counseling services
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working with telehealth technology
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently in a remote setting
  • 2 weeks PTO
