About New Western

New Western has been named a Glassdoor Best Place to Work three years in a row (2023, 2024, 2025). We are a leading real estate investment marketplace specializing in sourcing distressed residential properties for investors. Operating in nearly 50 markets across 20 states, our innovative approach revitalizes neighborhoods, creates affordable housing options, and addresses the housing supply crisis. Join us to make a meaningful impact on the real estate market while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven team.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to help power our digital marketing operations - with a strong focus on digital marketing, audience engagement, and lifecycle automation.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology and content execution. You’ll help bring campaigns to life across email, web, and social channels, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and measurable results. The ideal candidate thrives on both creativity and precision - someone who can design and schedule posts one moment, and troubleshoot a marketing automation workflow the next.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and optimize social media programs, including scheduling, engagement, performance tracking, and community interaction across channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

● Create and automate content workflows, such as post scheduling, nurture sequences, and triggered campaigns that improve engagement and conversion.

● Support email and nurture marketing execution, including building templates, testing content, managing audience segmentation, and ensuring deliverability.

● Assist with SEO and content optimization, including keyword tagging, metadata updates, and publishing blog or landing page content.

● Monitor analytics and campaign metrics (social, email, and web) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement.

● Collaborate closely with the marketing operations specialist, graphic designer, and developer to implement campaigns efficiently and accurately.

● Maintain brand consistency across channels while tailoring content for engagement and audience behavior.

● Support marketing technology operations, including marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and reporting dashboards.

● Stay current on emerging social tools, platform updates, and automation trends, bringing forward recommendations for process and engagement improvements.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

● 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or marketing operations

● Proven ability to manage social channels and drive measurable engagement

● Hands-on experience with social scheduling and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)

● Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic automation workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar)

● Basic understanding of SEO and web content management (WordPress or similar CMS)

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights

● Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and tone consistency

● Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
