What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain accurate vendor and material master data across SAP, Ariba, MDG, and related systems.
Conduct data audits, resolve quality issues, and uphold governance standards.
Support Source‑to‑Pay processes by ensuring master data enables purchasing, invoicing, and automation.
Troubleshoot data‑related issues and collaborate with Procurement, AP, BSC, Finance, and IT.
Review vendor onboarding submissions and ensure documentation, classifications, and attributes are properly maintained.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relative experience may be substituted for a degree.
Demonstrated experience in procurement, master data, supply chain, or ERP support.
Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or MDG, along with strong Excel skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions while maintaining accuracy.
Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment and involves regular collaboration with cross‑functional teams supporting procurement and financial operations. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
