The Dallas Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers, Customer Support Specialists and Onsite Benefit Assistants across North Texas to achieve both short-term and long-term sales and marketing objectives. Reporting to the Texas State Manager, this role develops and implements collaborative sales and business strategies that align with First Financial Group of America’s goals, policies, and best practices.

Through effective leadership and strategic execution, the Dallas Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth, achieves sales quotas, strengthens account retention, expands market share, promotes product diversification, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.

Additionally, this position is responsible for fostering a culture of accountability and excellence by ensuring all regional team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and the highest standards of ethical business conduct. The Dallas Regional Sales Manager will also perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QualificationsÂ
- 5 – 7 years of experience in sales for core & voluntary benefitsÂ
- Willing to travel 50 – 60% of time in and out of assigned territory with overnight stays
- Strong customer service skills and a proven track record handing sensitive client information
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA
- Must have proven oral & written communication skills, as well as presentation skills demonstrated through work
- Group One Life and Health License
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Series 6/63/SIE Securities License
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Solid understanding of customer/marketplace dynamics and the sales cycle
- Proven expertise and experience in FFGA systems and procedures
- Managing and directing a results-oriented sales force and support team
- Knowledge of the K-12/municipal market in assigned territory
- Strong knowledge and work experience using MS Office Products, benefits management software and systems
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearances and successfully complete a thorough background check.
