▶︎ Key Responsibilities

Independently manage day-to-day corporate accounting operations.
Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Maintain and reconcile General Ledger (G/L) accounts.
Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
Process payroll and employee benefits accounting.
Ensure tax compliance and statutory reporting.
Manage cash flow and treasury activities.
Support internal and external audits.
Prepare management reports for Japan headquarters.
Improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills

Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting preferred).
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience with:
- Month-end close
- Financial reporting
- Account reconciliations
Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Business-level English communication.
Business-level Japanese communication.
CPA certification preferred.
