What You'll Be Doing
Play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new strategic opportunities with regular exposure to executive leadership.
Assist in managing strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth, value enhancement, and cost optimization.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement business transactions and strategic changes from due diligence through completion.
Prepare and present investment, divestiture, and acquisition proposals with thorough evaluation of financial returns, market opportunities, and risks.
Provide trusted counsel and market intelligence to senior leadership for short- and long-term strategic planning.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building materials or related industries (e.g., transportation, logistics, investment banking, strategic consulting, operations management).
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and financial acumen with attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead projects, build relationships, and collaborate across teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of driving results.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a blend of remote and in-office collaboration. Occasional travel may be required to support strategic initiatives and team engagement.
