Site Technician

Peregrine Team is hiring Site Technicians in Irving, TX. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

As a Site Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success execution of cleaning projects from inception to completion. You'll be entrusted with various responsibilities, including learning and understanding Data Center environments.

$19+/hour
Schedule: 50 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Follow instructions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead
• Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within a construction, technical, or GMP environment
• Perform subfloor and drop ceiling vacuuming/wiping
• Clean exterior of cabinets and technical equipment
• Mop and vacuum vinyl and HPL floors
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and hardware
• Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check and substance screening
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable with heights and confined spaces
• Valid government-issued ID

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus)
• Knowledge of data centers and/or construction sites
• Previous cleaning/janitorial experience
• OSHA 10 Certification
