Supply Chain Specialist - Grand Prairie
Job Summary:Â
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations and serves as the primary liaison between SENA Technologies and its third-party logistics (3PL) provider. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, facilitates effective cross-functional communication, and contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations and communications with the 3PL warehouse.
- Coordinate logistics requirements with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate daily activities and ad hoc requests with 3PL partners to support timely order processing and shipment.
- Gather and disseminate planning and scheduling information between internal departments and external partners.
- Assist in the development, revision, and maintenance of supply chain workflows and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary.
- Leverage ERP system data to support inventory management, order tracking, and performance reporting.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned in support of supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (NetSuite experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics in a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
