Title: TA Preboarding Specialist

Quantity Needed:  2

Target Start Date:  ASAP

Schedule: M-F (hybrid 1 day WFH per wk after fully trained), Meriton – Irving, TX office

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Managing complex calendars, booking meeting rooms, and organizing video & onsite interviews across multiple time zones. Includes travel arrangements – flights, lodging, rental cars, etc.
  • Candidate Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact, updating applicants on their preboarding status, and ensuring an exceptional hiring experience.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Initiating background checks & drug screens, processing E-Verify, and ensuring new hires complete all pre-employment requirements.
  • System Management: Navigating the ATS – Greenhouse and HRIS – ExponentHR.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Organization: The ability to juggle multiple candidates and competing calendars & preboarding simultaneously.
  • Communication: Professional, clear, and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience:  Minimum 1 to 3 years of HR, recruiting, and/or administrative experience, with a background in ATS platforms & HRIS, and drug screen and background check vendors being a major plus.
  • Education:  Degree preferred, or relevant experience.
