Job Description
Responsibilities:
β Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
β Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
β Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
β Provide Best in Class Customer Service
β Increase Sales and Profit Potential
Qualifications
β Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
β Customer Service experience (required)
β Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
β Valid driver's license (required)
β High School education or equivalent
β Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
β Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
β Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
β Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
- Β Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
β Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
