We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Position Overview:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping our firm running efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answering phone calls and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and accessible.
  • Data Entry: Assist with data entry tasks related to case files, maintaining up-to-date and accurate information in the firm's systems.
  • Scheduling: Help with scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys and staff, managing calendars effectively.

Qualifications:
