Bring therapy directly into children’s homes and help them grow, gain independence, and thrive! We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric PT to provide in-home therapy, helping children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional skills. Enjoy the flexibility of home visits while empowering families and making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, motor, cognitive, and functional development
  • Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic care

 

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT or equivalent)
  • Physical Therapy License from the State of Texas
  • One year’s experience preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
