Location: This is a hybrid role with a minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week in the Austin, Texas office located at 11305 Alterra Parkway Austin, TX 78758 or the Las Colinas, Texas  office located at 225 E John W Carpenter Fwy #1500, Irving, TX 75062.

Position Summary:

TrendAI is building a world-class, AI-ready digital experience to accelerate global growth.

We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes of our global web platform. This is a product role for the web — not a UX or delivery role.

You will drive a multi-year transformation, lead search discoverability across traditional and AI search, and turn the website into a measurable growth engine. This role does not rely on a separate SEO team. You are the owner.

Responsibilities:  

• Product Strategy for the Web

• Define the vision and outcome-based roadmap, prioritizing on business outcomes.

• Ship, test, iterate, and continuously improve TrendAI’s global web platform

• SEO & GEO: Keyword and content strategy, technical SEO and performance tracking and optimization

• End to end AEO: AI search / LLM discoverability

• Partner with Engineering on CMS, APIs, design systems, and personalization

• Enable global marketing velocity through reusable frameworks

• Ensure performance, accessibility, and enterprise-grade standards

• Define and track KPIs across engagement, conversion, search, and customer journeys

• Run experimentation and A/B testing

• Deliver insight-driven recommendations to executives

Qualifications: 

What You Bring

• 4+ years owning web, digital product, or growth strategy in a B2B or SaaS environment

• You Think Like a Product Manager by defining problems before solutions, prioritizing for impact, and measure success in outcomes.

• Hands-on ownership of SEO strategy and performance

• Experience driving web platform modernization or large-scale digital transformation

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, web performance, UX, and analytics

• Agile backlog ownership and cross-functional influence

• A data-driven, outcome-first mindset

• Tools such as: GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and AI search analytics.

Preferred

• AI content workflows, cybersecurity or technical B2B, modern CMS/design systems, global web operations.

Not a Fit If

• You primarily identify as a UX designer or front-end developer

• You rely on others to own SEO or web measurement

• You prefer fixed roadmaps over rapid iteration
