Current Need:

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Director of Program Management to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to our business success. This role will ownthe planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact programs, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and proven leader who can drive accountability while enabling teams to do their best work.

This role reports directly to the VP/GM of MomentimRx. You will have significant opportunities for professional growth, including leading larger initiatives, expanding your team, and influencing strategic direction at the executive level. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-team programs from inception to completion.  

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations and Business stakeholder to define scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.  

  • Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, tracking progress against milestones and proactively managing risks and dependencies.  

  • Drive program governance, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders at all levels.  

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, evaluate trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.  

  • Provide clear reporting and visibility into program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.  

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.  

  • Mentor and guide program and project managers, raising the overall maturity of program management practices.  

Minimum Requirement:

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Critical Skills:

  • 12+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 4 years in leadership role managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.  

  • Strong background in software, technology, or product-driven organizations.  

  • Proven ability to deliver complex programs on time and within scope and budget. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to operate in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

  • Travel up to 10% nationwide.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
