Project Manager

Project Manager (Irving, TX) Duties: Deliver IT and digital transformation projects by leveraging a mix of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Lean methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Define sprint deliverable and timelines in alignment with business commitments, ensuring on-time delivery through tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Rally, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Asana. Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues promptly to avoid delivery bottlenecks. Facilitate Agile ceremonies like daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos while guiding development teams and Product Managers on Agile best practices. Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across multiple product lines, while driving clarity through platforms like Confluence and Slack. Work with clients on APIs and ODEN platform integrations and collaborate with development teams across .NET modules in AWS and Azure environments. Act as a central point of contact for project status, ensuring transparent communication with senior leadership and all project stakeholders. Contribute strategically by aligning deliverables to PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) goals, documenting roadmaps and communications, and continuously improving delivery outcomes through retrospective learnings.

Required: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, as IT Project Manager or related position. Must have 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall and Lean methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Asana, Slack, Smartsheet, ADO, Rally, AWS, Azure, NET.
