Our team brings over 425 years of combined experience and includes some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry.   Position Overview: We are seeking an motivated Access Control / Security Integration Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting electronic access control systems, electronic lock hardware, IP CCTV, intrusion alarms, and related low-voltage equipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in the field. Key Responsibilities: Install, program, and service access control systems (e.g., HID, Mercury). Install and configure security cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and video management software. Wire and terminate low-voltage cabling (CAT5/6, composite cable, etc.). Mount and connect electronic door hardware (maglocks, strikes, electrified locks, request-to-exit devices, etc.). Perform system testing, commissioning, and customer training. Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment and wiring. Read and interpret Floor Plans, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and system configurations. Follow company safety procedures and industry standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA, etc.). QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift up to 80lbs. Ability to work in various weather elements. Ability to use various hand tools Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
