Job Duties:

  • Process vehicle impounds in accordance with local ordinance and state law.
  • Customer Service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Familiarity with TOPS and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A clean criminal background is mandatory to be considered for this job position.
