About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting, standing, and moving materials for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in forklift operation.
- Experience with electric pallet jacks and advanced warehouse management software.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks safely to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry into warehouse management systems.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies and improve warehouse processes.
- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading and unloading trucks, stacking pallets, and maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse environment.
