Associate / Financial Analyst - Pricing

JOB SUMMARY: 

We are looking for a results-driven Associate Financial Analyst (Pricing) to join our Pricing team. In this role, you will develop and execute pricing strategies that support profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance long-term value creation. You will analyze customer profiles, expected sales volumes, and location dynamics to optimize pricing decisions with the objective of maintaining and improving ROIC.

You will be responsible for maintaining pricing models and frameworks that support sales and operational teams across the business. In addition, you will actively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute actionable ideas that enhance productivity, outcomes, and cross-departmental collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

• Assist in the development of pricing proposals and solutions that support both new business opportunities and existing customer accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional team on pricing-related initiatives.
• Help drive continuous improvement to pricing analyses, tools, and reports.
• Support change initiatives by working with operational teams through the adoption and integration of new tools, processes, and reporting systems.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, including Lean-related analysis, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow effectiveness.
• Support change management and implementation of new pricing models and tools.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor or other members of management.

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, PivotTables, and data modeling; VBA and Power Query experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI Desktop is an advantage.
• Exhibits high levels of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness.
• Possesses professionalism and excellent communication skills, enabling clear idea-sharing, cross-team collaboration, and informed decision-making.

 EDUCATION/OTHER:

•  Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or a related field preferred)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a financial analyst or a similar role, with a strong focus on finance and operational reporting
• Ability to travel (up to 10%)
