Orion Systems Integrators, LLC in Iselin, NJ seeks Client Program Manager. Responsible for managing the scope, schedule, budget, and risk for the project using emerging technologies such as digital analytics, and AI/ML. Developing financial reports including risk management documentation. Developing, reviewing, and coordinating technical and programmatic artifacts such as: Program Management Plan, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Requirements Documents, Specifications, Strategy Documents, Request for Information, Screening Information Request, Request for Proposals. Developing contract pricing structures, deployment plans, cost & benefits analysis using work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles/financial models etc. Responsible for keeping clients updated on program progress, delivery governance, risks, and mitigation strategies. Managing client expectations and all escalations related to the account, engaging key stakeholders. Responsible for safeguarding Orion's commitment’s by driving the delivery process in collaboration with the Delivery Head and Managers in the business unit. Growing the portfolio and driving revenues within the Professional Services industry vertical. Responsible for account planning and governance for Client Management Processes. Responsible for identifying business opportunities, presenting innovative concepts to the client, and influencing them to provide additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance. Assisting client in developing strategies and tailoring recommendations to adhere to acquisition policy and process requirements while meeting development and deployment timelines. Developing and managing complex schedules for multiple projects and initiatives. Providing day-today supervision of one or more projects to achieve the Program Office's vision. Leading the team and performing liaison activities with upper management and stakeholders. Managing alignment of top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of projects for program objectives. Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance to the office.
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT advisory, IT transformation, or program/project management role. Must also possess experience with (i) supporting the delivery and improvement of IT services and systems; (ii) following Technical Competencies: Technical delivery and agile transformation; IT transformation/complex program management; IT service/delivery management, including shared services; (iii) scheduling and delivering technology implementations that include multiple components with tight interdependence and governance; (iv) delivery efforts that include configurations, release, change and demand management within a fixed budget; (v) PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio; (vi) end-to-end IT delivery, including scoping/sizing a project; providing subject-matter direction and guidance to a team; managing communications with the project sponsors; and managing the delivery of a work stream; (vii) managing the technical aspects of a project from initiation and requirements through design, build, testing, and implementation using Agile and Waterfall; (viii) large-scale, portfolio, program and project management experience; and (ix) Scrum and SAFe including scheduling, budgeting, resource, and quality management.
