Position Summary
CVS Health’s Supply Chain Systems and Technologies Team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to shape the future of technology products that enable Omnichannel fulfillment that delight the customer and colleague user experience. Our technology products play a crucial role in delivering on our promise to our end consumer but also driving efficiencies, reducing labor and improving order accuracy with a balanced focus on colleague engagement and retention.  As a Product Manager on the Supply Chain Systems team, this role will be in a product ownership, managing the development of new product applications and driving an iteratively innovative feature roadmap to improving existing applications and processes. The Sr Product Manager will partner with users to be an expert on user experience across all applications within your portfolio and work with various DC leaders, vendor partners and IT to deeply understand our process and challenges, and drive improvements to our processes and technology products. Our technology products are highly business process oriented, so a combination of supply chain business processes understanding and software product management skills are required.  The Sr Product Manager will be responsible for balancing business viability, technology feasibility and user/customer desirability as part of the product portfolio roadmap.

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel up to 35% nationwide to select CVS Distribution Centers
  • 5+ years of experience working with IT PMO or equivalent, and managing/supporting large scale technology projects.
  • 5+ years of Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage SQL, reporting tools, and operational data to investigate issues, validate system behavior, perform root cause analysis, and support data-driven decision making. Understanding of relational databases, data models, interfaces, and system integrations, including the ability to assess impacts across upstream and downstream systems. Understanding of warehouse management, fulfillment, distribution, inventory management, transportation, or related supply chain business processes. Specific experience in e-commerce required.
  • 5+ years of Experience working with third-party software vendors, consulting partners, and support organizations to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and drive accountability for service levels and outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting software implementations, upgrades, and go-live activities in both greenfield and brownfield environments.
  • Real world pragmatism to effectively drive improvements that actually get successfully implemented and add value.
  • Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audience and vice versa.
  • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes. 
  • Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions; ability to understand and foresee implications of new information for current and future problem solving.
  • Ability to dive into the details but also to step back and identify opportunities at a macro level to support network wide innovation.
  • Hands on experience with user acceptance testing, test plan development and commissioning.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-service.
  • Strong self-starter with ability to work with little supervision.
  • Strong ability to multitask and handle competing priorities at once.
  • Ability to foster connection by putting people first and build trusting relationships.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Experience supporting or implementing warehouse automation solutions, including conveyor systems, sortation systems, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), robotics, or goods-to-person technologies.
  • Experience leading or supporting cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premises applications to cloud-based software platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and using tools such as Jira or similar work management platforms.
  • Experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).


Education
Bachelor Degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
