Position Summary
CVS Health’s Supply Chain Systems is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, to lead the transformation of our distribution network as we modernize our warehouse operations to a next-generation cloud-based Warehouse Management System (WMS).  This role will be crucial in one of the largest supply chain technology initiatives within CVS Health, helping shape the future of our distribution operations network. Our technology investments are critical to enhancing the customer experience, improving operational efficiency, increasing order accuracy, and creating a more engaging and productive environment for our colleagues.  The Senior Manager of WMS Product will lead the configuration, deployment, conversion, and stabilization of the WMS across CVS Health's supply chain ecosystem. Working closely with business and technology partners, this role will ensure operational processes are aligned with system capabilities while driving solutions that meet evolving business needs. This role will facilitate requirements gathering, translate business challenges into scalable system designs, and champion best practices throughout the implementation journey.  Success in this role requires a unique blend of supply chain expertise, product management experience, and technology enablement. The Senior Manager will partner with senior leaders, distribution center leadership and colleagues, Change Management and Training team, Learning & Development team and other various stakeholders across Supply Chain. The Senior Manager must possess a strategic mindset and hands-on approach, to drive large-scale transformation initiatives and deliver innovative technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel up to 65% to select CVS Distribution Centers nationwide
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale warehouse management and supply chain technology initiatives, with proven expertise in WMS implementations and modernization, product ownership, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory, fulfillment, automation, replenishment, and labor optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to align business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities into scalable product solutions, while effectively influencing executive stakeholders, leading cross-functional transformation initiatives, and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex alternatives, anticipate the impact of emerging information, balance detailed analysis with enterprise-wide perspectives, and identify opportunities that drive network-wide innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of JSON-based APIs and system integrations, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, validate data exchanges, and effectively collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Strong budget mindset to drive product improvements with measureable ROI


Preferred Qualifications
*Certified in Manhattan Active preferred

  • Experience with test plan development, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing
  • Proven project management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-service and mentoring
  • Strong self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to multitask and handle competing priorities at once
  • Ability to foster connection by putting people first and build trusting relationships


Education

Bachelor Degree or 5+ Years of equivalent experience in WMS and Distribution Center processes

Masters / Advanced Degree (P)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
