We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll travel to residential homes to install, troubleshoot, and repair automatic pool cover systems that help keep families safe. No pool cover experience is required — we provide paid, hands-on training. What You’ll Do Install and repair automatic pool cover systems Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Perform routine maintenance and inspections Follow work orders and complete jobs accurately Provide professional and courteous customer service Recommend upgrades or repairs to improve safety and performance Complete service documentation and record work performed Maintain company vehicle, tools, and workspace Assist with training newer team members when needed Why This Job Is Worth It Above-average pay Full-time, year-round work Company-provided full-size work truck All tools and equipment provided Paid time off and holidays 401(k) benefits Paid, hands-on training Growth opportunities within a growing company Meaningful work that helps prevent accidents and protect families Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Willingness to work extended hours when needed Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues Experience Preferred 1–2+ years of service technician, mechanical trade, construction, or similar field experience Experience repairing mechanical or electrical equipment Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus Experience with automatic pool covers is a bonus but not require Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with experience in roles such as: Service Technician Maintenance Technician Equipment Mechanic Construction Installer Carpenter Crane or Boom Truck Operator     Thank you!
