Job Responsibility
- Responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in support of, and as directed by, the physician.Â
- Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
- Observes, conducts, and documents a thorough assessment of patient's medical status during entire course of treatment.Â
- Responsible for performing assigned back office duties and rotating as a telephone triage nurse in an efficient and professional manner.Â
- Performs all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.

Job Qualification
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or of a Nursing Vocational or Nursing Technical school required.
- Current License to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
