The Production Lead is responsible for cultivating a culture of safety, security, and operational resilience across all enterprise locations. This role ensures compliance, risk mitigation, and business continuity while aligning with the organization’s core values: Commit to Craftsmanship, Nurture Relationships, Honor Heritage, and deliver on our promise of Grandma Quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations and assign tasks.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across shifts.
- Train and mentor associates.
- Monitor inventory and report discrepancies.
- Support audits and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of production experience, including leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Essential Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• PPE usage and ability to inspect production areas.
• Work in varying conditions (cold, heat, humidity, noise).
New Hire Retention Bonus Program:
- $100 after 10 shifts
- $250 after 90 days
- $500 after 180 days
Eligibility requires active employment and good standing at each milestone. Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and company policies.
