About the Role:
Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Baby Sitter/Nanny in Bayshore, NY, where you will provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. We are looking for a passionate individual who enjoys working with kids and making a positive impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Prepare meals and snacks for children
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to children
- Transport children to and from activities as needed
- Adhere to safety and health guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter preferred
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be patient, caring, and trustworthy
- Background check required
