Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in custom home organization systems, specializing in custom closets, home offices, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Worker / General Laborer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools (table saw, chop saw, drills, etc.)
- Measure and prepare materials accurately
- Assist with product assembly and shop operations
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Woodworking or shop experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to read a ruler and use basic tools
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual a plus
Pay & Schedule:
- $19–$20 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
