PuroClean is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Structural Fire Cleaning Technician to join our team.
We help families and property owners recover after fire and smoke damage in their homes. This work often takes place during a very emotional time for our customers, so we are looking for someone who is professional, respectful, and committed to doing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, framing, cabinets, and other structural surfaces affected by fire and smoke damage
- Removing soot, smoke residue, and odor from structures
- Preparing affected areas for restoration, repairs, or rebuild
- Assisting with containment, masking, and job site protection
- Performing detailed cleaning in homes and businesses after fire losses
- Following PuroClean procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicating respectfully with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Preferably 1 year of experience in fire structural cleaning or restoration cleaning
- Certification is a plus
- Fire, smoke, or structural cleaning experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working on ladders as needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred
