Dental Office Manager – Monday–Thursday

Pay: $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience

Issaquah Plateau Dentistry is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our practice.

We are searching for someone who is confident, organized, positive, and comfortable holding a team accountable. The right person will understand how strong leadership, strategic scheduling, excellent patient service, and consistent follow-up directly impact the success of a dental practice.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced dental leader who wants a consistent four-day workweek and the support of a larger dental organization while still maintaining the feel and relationships of a private practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, support, and develop the administrative and clinical teams
  • Oversee daily office operations and help maintain a positive, accountable team culture
  • Build and manage productive doctor and hygiene schedules
  • Monitor production, collections, case acceptance, accounts receivable, and other practice goals
  • Work closely with the doctor and regional leadership to identify opportunities for growth
  • Oversee insurance verification, claims, patient billing, and collection processes
  • Ensure patients receive excellent service from their first phone call through checkout
  • Help present treatment plans and assist patients with financial arrangements
  • Review practice reports and use the information to make operational improvements
  • Manage staffing, team schedules, timecards, training, and performance expectations
  • Maintain compliance with office policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards
  • Help manage supplies, facilities, vendors, and other day-to-day office needs
  • Ensure information is entered accurately and consistently in Eaglesoft

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous dental office management or leadership experience required
  • Strong Eaglesoft knowledge and experience required
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance, claims, billing, collections, and accounts receivable
  • Experience managing restorative and hygiene schedules
  • Ability to understand practice reports, production goals, and key performance metrics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable coaching team members and holding others accountable
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive, professional, and patient-focused
  • Someone who takes ownership and follows through
