What You’ll Do: • Lead daily memory care operations and resident engagement programs • Develop and implement individualized activities and brain fitness initiatives • Partner with clinical and care teams to support ISPs and resident needs • Support families through communication, education and engagement • Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring and team performance • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards • Monitor resident satisfaction and drive continuous improvement • Manage department budget, expenses and operational goals Terrace Club Coordinator – Lead Memory Care Programs and Elevate Resident Engagement Memory Care Coordinator | Dementia Care | Alzheimer’s Care | Life Enrichment | Senior Living | Activities Director

Pay Range:

80,170.00 - 100,212.50
