How Your Week Flows
You'll work onsite, Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), setting priorities independently and moving between planned work and time-sensitive needs. Mornings often start with reviewing open items across hiring activity, vendor/plan partner touchpoints, payroll, and upcoming onboarding or orientation sessions. Midday, you'll shift into focused work-drafting updates to HR documentation, preparing communications for employees, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep decisions timely and well-documented. As issues arise, you'll maintain an accessible, open-door presence, documenting interactions and ensuring follow-through. Later in the day, you'll close out administrative items, confirm records are current, and line up next steps so the function runs smoothly with clear accountability.
