Sources, screens, and builds pipelines of candidates for current and future hiring needs through job boards, referrals, networking, hiring events, and a candidate engagement tool/CRM. Builds relationships with schools and local community organizations. Facilitates and attends hiring events to support hiring needs. Works on other projects involving market research and competitive intelligence.  QualificationsSKILLS & ABILITIES Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of talent sourcing/recruiting experience supporting a mixture of corporate, field operations, manufacturing, and sales roles. Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other proactive sourcing methods. Experience using sourcing platforms, CRMs and candidate engagement tools. Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and sourcing platforms. Other Requirements: Travel as needed to company locations (up to 20%)   WORK ENVIRONMENT Hybrid role that will report into our Itasca, IL branch.
