Operates a wide variety of construction equipment and motorized wheeled vehicles including commercial trucks and tractors overĀ 25,000 lbs. to provide utilities, general excavation, and construction maintenance supportĀ Ā
Performs manual labor for general maintenance and landscape construction tasks, including shoveling, paving, catch basin minor repairs, cleaning, tamping, snow removal, and other duties that applyĀ
Promptly reports unsafe conditions or damage to campus landscape/hardscape, equipment, or facilitiesĀ
Subject toĀ call-inĀ twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to handle emergencies, especially snow eventsĀ Ā
SubjectĀ toĀ shift changes and extended working hours (including nights, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to meet seasonal work demandsĀ
Subject to working in weather related extremes of heat and cold for extended periodsĀ
MayĀ come into contact withĀ sewage and dead animalsĀ
Regular exposure to bees and pollenĀ
