Job Summary:

Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) offers outsourced accounting services, including full-service CFO Advisory Services; controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. If you’re ready to be part of a team that’s focused on delivering practical, high-impact solutions, we’d love to talk to you. Here, you’ll collaborate with innovative thinkers and help businesses make the most of their financial and accounting opportunities. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients.

Requirements:

  • Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staff

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS transaction staff

  • Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients

  • Manage month-end close for assigned clients

  • Assist with development of financial budgets

  • Prepare and analyze financial reporting

  • Assist in preparing proposals for CAAS services

  • Participate in marketing events

Qualifications:

  • B.S degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting with 2 years supervisory experience

  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communicator

  • Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Able to manage priorities and workflow

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000 DOE

The total rewards package at Current includes base salary and benefits.
