- Conduct intake and assessments and develop plans.
- Develop relationships with families using Motivational Interviewing techniques
- Deliver Triple P Parenting Curriculum
- Support families in implementing plans, meeting and communicating with families according to established guidelines, assessing risk factors and developing strategies to manage those factors, schedule new appointments and follow-up visits
- Communicating case contact with county workers, CHWC supervisors, and case collaterals
- Record and document all case interactions and activities

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree - strongly preferred
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree
- 2 years experience in Human Service field strongly preferred
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required.
