As a key steward of the Universityās facilities, FMĀ is responsible forĀ facility assessments, skilled trades, general construction, building care, grounds, recycling, asbestos, and the management of planned, corrective, and preventive maintenance.Ā

Assist Journeyperson Plumber in all aspects of plumbing trade,Ā maintainingĀ shop machinery, tools, equipment, and reading/interpreting blueprints. Gain knowledge and experience during the apprentice training period. Upon successful completion of apprenticeship, employee will be classified as a Journeyperson.Ā

This is a benefits eligible, union position within the BTC.Ā The starting pay rate is $22.95 per hour, with variations based on the apprentice year.Ā
