The main function of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to ensure optimal guest experiences. This position will require you to multitask, meet the needs of guests, collaborate with co-workers, keep a neat and tidy physical appearance, preserve all sanitation and food handling and safety procedures.  

 

Essential Functions 

  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor. 
  • Maintain knowledge of all food items on service lines, including ingredients, preparations, and allergens. 
  • Maintain knowledge of unit offerings and operating procedures to aid guests in inquiries, seeking the aid of a supervisory if necessary. 
  • Comply with HACCP regulations and procedures. 
  • Prepare service lines by cleaning and sanitizing, turning on hot and cold wells, and ensuring the proper display of menus. 
  • Set up serving stations with all required menu items, service utensils, food containers, utensils, condiments, and items for cleaning and sanitizing.  
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, cleaning as necessary and when required by standard operating procedures. 
  • Take and record food temperatures at required intervals. 
  • Replenish items on service lines from coolers, ovens, and hot boxes as necessary or required. 
  • Break down service lines after each meal service is finished and properly dispose of or store food. 
  • Clean and sanitize service lines, workstations, counters, steam tables, wells, cooler and warmer doors, and door handles. 
  • Assist with preparing the dining room before and after each meal service. This may include cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and high touch points, along with making the dining unit look inviting for the next service. 
  • Assist at other service stations as requested. 
  • Assist guests with special requests. 
  • Communicate often, clearly, and professionally with co-works and management. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Hours Per Week 
4 up to 20 

Anticipated Work Schedule 
Monday - Friday 6:30-10:30, 10:30-2:30, 12:00-4:00, 3:45-8:30,  Saturday  7:45-11 10:30-2:30, 12:00-4:00, 3:45-8:30 

Qualifications 
None - will be trained for all tasks assigned. 

Pay Rate: 

$16.00/ hour
