The Executive Administrator – Hospitality Operations is a leadership position responsible for supporting the President of Hospitality while also providing executive-level partnership to the Area People Services Director and Director of Finance. This role goes far beyond traditional executive administrative responsibilities by serving as a project leader, operational integrator, and facilitator of cross-functional initiatives.
The Executive Administrator – Hospitality Operations support the execution of executive priorities, manages resort-wide hospitality projects, prepares executive communications, facilitates decision-making, monitors organizational performance, and ensures accountability across departments. The position requires exceptional business judgment, discretion, analytical ability, and operating in an evolving business environment.

Onsite: Black Desert Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on experience, education, demonstrated leadership, and overall qualifications.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to
- Serve as a trusted partner to the President of Hospitality.
- Support the Area People Services Director and Director of Finance on high-priority strategic initiatives and organizational projects.
- Coordinating initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare executive presentations, board materials, business cases, dashboards, reports, and strategic communications.
- Coordinate executive leadership meetings by developing agendas, facilitating discussions, documenting action items, and tracking follow-up.
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and proactively identify risks, barriers, and opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders to improve communication, and operational execution.
- Support annual business planning, budgeting processes, forecasting, and organizational planning efforts.
- Assist with ownership presentations, capital projects, resort initiatives, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate confidential projects involving finance, people services, operations, legal matters, and organizational change.
- Develop executive-level communications, talking points, correspondence, and presentations.
- Build strong relationships across all departments to improve collaboration and organizational alignment.
- Manage highly confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Occasionally coordinate executive travel, meetings, and logistics as part of broader strategic support responsibilities.
- Be an active and trusted member of the senior leadership team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership, consulting, project management, operations, finance, or executive support experience.
- Hospitality, resort, luxury service, or executive leadership experience preferred.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Experience preparing executive presentations and board-level materials.
- Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
