  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop solution architectures, establish requirements, and ensure successful delivery of technical objectives.
  • Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, status reporting, backlog refinement, testing, and defect resolution.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures while supporting cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 12+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience leading software engineering efforts and delivering complex technical solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships across technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage priorities, lead projects, solve complex technical challenges, and drive successful outcomes.

Desired Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience developing software using Java, C, or C++ on Linux and Windows platforms, with additional experience in Python, Go, or Rust.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, modern software development practices, REST API development, and software lifecycle management.
  • Experience building or supporting cryptographic solutions, encryption services, key management platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based environments.
