The RoleĀ
In this clinic-based role, you will help patients move efficiently and safely from evaluation through procedure scheduling and follow-up.Ā You will work closely with physicians, providers, IR schedulers, patients, and clinical staff to keep care plans moving, clarify next steps, and support continuity across a highly specialized service line.Ā
Ā
This is aĀ Monday-Friday, traditional clinic-based scheduleĀ withĀ no weekends, no holidays, and no call requirements. It offers the professional satisfaction of working in a highly specialized area while supporting a more predictable work-life rhythm.Ā
Ā
This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys being theĀ āair traffic controllerā of patient care, keeping multiple priorities organized whileĀ maintainingĀ a strong patient-centered focus.Ā This is a strong fit for an RN with ambulatory, clinic, care coordination, or Interventional Radiology experience who is ready to bring clinical organization and patient advocacy to a highly specialized care environment.Ā
Ā
In an average day, you may:Ā
Coordinate clinic visits, provider recommendations, imaging, diagnostic testing, and follow-up orders.Ā
Partner closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure patients are evaluated and prepared forĀ nextĀ steps.Ā
Communicate with IR schedulers to support a smooth transition from clinic evaluation to procedure scheduling.Ā
Follow up with patients after procedures and help coordinateĀ additionalĀ imaging, labs, or clinic appointments.Ā
Serve as a liaison among patients, providers, scheduling teams, and clinical staff.Ā
Support continuity of care for patients with complex interventional radiology needs.Ā
Use strong organization, communication, and clinical judgment to manage multiple moving pieces at once.Ā
