Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

Cutting sash and frame components to size
Applying weatherstripping
Installing glass into window sash
Applying window grilles
Assembling window frames
Hanging window sash
Installing hardware and screens
Wrapping and preparing finished windows for shipment
Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Experience using hand tools
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team

Work Environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) workplace
Safety-focused manufacturing facility
On-the-job training provided for qualified candidates

Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is not required.

Monday–Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime opportunities available

Pay

$16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
