This is a remote position.

Tuk Tuk Boom is seeking a detail-oriented Data File Clerk Entry to support administrative operations by maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and entering data into company systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that documents are properly filed, updated, and accessible while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain company data in electronic databases and record systems.
  • Organize, file, and archive physical and digital documents.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies as needed.
  • Retrieve and distribute files and records upon request.
  • Scan, upload, and index documents for electronic storage.
  • Maintain employee, vendor, customer, and inventory records.
  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company record-retention and confidentiality policies.
  • Support general office and clerical functions as assigned.
  • Perform routine audits of files and records to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in data entry, filing, records management, or administrative support preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong typing and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
