Tuk Tuk Boom is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Assistant to support administrative and operational functions by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and record systems.
  • Verify information for accuracy and completeness before processing.
  • Review and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain digital records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
  • Scan, upload, and archive electronic documents.
  • Assist with inventory, vendor, customer, and employee record management.
  • Protect confidential information and comply with company data security policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding assigned tasks.
  • Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as needed.
