Tuk Tuk Boom is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Representative to support business operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company information. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, assist with record management, and provide administrative support to help maintain efficient and organized operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases and information systems.
  • Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Maintain employee, customer, vendor, inventory, and operational records.
  • Review and correct data discrepancies and errors.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records and documentation.
  • Scan, upload, and archive documents as required.
  • Respond to routine administrative inquiries and provide clerical support.
  • Protect confidential company information and maintain data security standards.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
