Job Description

The PSK Shift Manager oversees daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensures food quality, maintains service standards, and leads the team with professionalism and Southern hospitality. This role supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager by keeping the restaurant running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership — Direct and support staff during active shifts
• Team Coordination — Assign tasks to cooks, cashiers, and packaging staff
• Customer Service Oversight — Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, accurate service
• Quality Control — Verify food presentation, portion sizes, and recipe accuracy
• Safety & Cleanliness — Enforce sanitation, temperature checks, and kitchen cleanliness
• Shift Reporting — Document issues, inventory shortages, and shift notes for management
• Cash Handling — Assist with register counts and ensure POS accuracy
• Conflict Resolution — Handle customer concerns and team disputes professionally
