Equipment Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be trained and certified in Bellisio Foods SPC Procedures and Run Rules

• Must follow all Bellisio Foods policies on Human safety and Food Safety regulations

• Must be paperwork trained and adhere to all Bellisio Foods production document policies

• Must be able to complete all paperwork correctly

Human safety, Food Safety, and Paperwork requirements:

• Complete other paperwork as requested

• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP’S)

• Follow all plant and area safety rules and regulations

• Follow all plant rules and polices

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand 8-10 hours per day

• Able to bend or lift 8-10 hours per day

• Able to do repetitive wrist motions/demonstrate good range of motion in wrists

• Able to work overtime as required

• Able to lift up to 50lbs-75lbs occasionally

• Must be able to adhere to hot/cold environments

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent

• Understanding of food manufacturing GMP’s

• Ability to function well under pressure

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and documentation skills

• Honest and job committed

• Strong math and reading skills

• Good problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated
