Assistant Manager | St. Mary Manor - Jackson, TNFull-time| 40 Hours/week | $16.00 per hour

We are looking for a self-motivated leader who embodies our Core Values of Service, Compassion, and Integrity. This team player will develop their management and leadership skills as they assist in managing the day-to-day operations of a large property while maintaining a pleasant and engaging environment for residents by fostering a sense of community. Duties may include assisting the property manager with reporting and other administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and team member scheduling. The successful candidate will be adaptable and comfortable with multitasking.

Requirements
